This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you access our website, mobile applications, games, software products, digital services, and any other products or services published, operated, or provided by Uniforce Studio.
By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all current and future products, games, applications, websites, software platforms, AI tools, SaaS products, and digital services published, developed, distributed, or operated by Uniforce Studio unless a separate privacy policy is explicitly provided for a specific product or service.
3. Games Covered by This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the following games published by Uniforce Technologies on Google Play, including all of their updates:
- Black Hole Drift: Space Runner (com.blackholedrift.spacerunner)
- Bee Havoc: Arcade Survival (com.UniforceStudio.BeeHavoc)
- Echo: Neon Arcade Ascend (com.UniforceStudio.Echo)
Not every game uses every feature described below. For example, a game that does not offer sign-in or push notifications does not collect the information associated with those features.
4. Information We Collect
Depending on the product or service you use, we may collect certain information automatically, including:
- Device information (device model, operating system version, browser type, language settings)
- IP address
- Mobile advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID)
- Usage information and interaction data
- Gameplay statistics and progress
- Session duration
- Performance metrics
- Crash reports and diagnostic information
- Approximate location information derived from IP addresses
- Technical logs required for security, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Game account and progress information. When a game offers online features (such as saving progress, leaderboards, missions, or push notifications), we may store the following in our cloud database:
- A unique player identifier assigned by Firebase Authentication
- Your Google Play Games player ID and display name, if you sign in with Google Play Games
- Gameplay progress such as high scores, in-game currency or stars collected, unlocked items or ships, levels, and mission status
- The app version you are using, and when you last played and signed in
- A push notification token, your notification permission status, and your language and time zone preferences
- Device model and operating system version, linked to an installation identifier
We generally do not collect sensitive personal information such as financial account details, government-issued identification numbers, biometric data, or health information unless explicitly stated for a specific service. We do not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, or precise location in our games.
5. How We Use Information
We may use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Save your game progress and restore it across sessions and devices
- Operate leaderboards, achievements, and missions
- Send push notifications about game updates, events, and rewards
- Monitor and enhance user experience
- Analyze usage patterns and product performance

6. Google Play Games Services
Some of our games integrate Google Play Games Services for sign-in, cloud saves, leaderboards, and achievements. If you sign in, Google shares your Play Games player ID, display name, and profile avatar with the game, and your scores or achievements may be visible to other players according to your Play Games profile settings.
Signing in is optional where offered. You can manage your Play Games profile visibility, or disconnect a game from your account, in the Google Play Games app or your Google Account settings.
7. Push Notifications
Some of our games may send push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging, for example to announce updates, events, or rewards. To deliver them, the game registers a device token with Firebase and stores it together with your notification preferences.
On Android 13 and later, notifications are only shown if you grant notification permission. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings (Settings → Apps → the game → Notifications). Uninstalling the game also stops notifications.
8. Advertising and Advertising Identifiers
Our applications and services may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob and similar advertising networks.
Advertising partners may collect information such as:
- Advertising identifiers
- Device identifiers
- IP addresses
- App interaction data
- Approximate location information
- Advertising performance information
Our Android applications may use the Android Advertising ID (AAID) provided by Google Play Services for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, attribution, and measurement purposes.
Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice from within the game where this option is offered. On any Android device you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Security & privacy → Ads, depending on your device).
9. Rewarded Advertisements
Some of our products may offer optional rewarded advertisements.
Users may voluntarily view advertisements in exchange for in-app rewards, gameplay benefits, virtual items, or access to specific features.
Participation in rewarded advertisements is completely optional.
10. Analytics and Performance Monitoring
We may use analytics and monitoring services to understand how users interact with our products and services.
These services may collect information such as:
- Device information
- Session duration
- User interactions
- Performance metrics

This information helps us improve functionality, stability, security, and user experience.

12. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide our services
- Improve functionality
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce agreements
- Comply with legal obligations
Game progress and account information is kept while you continue to play, and until you ask us to delete it. Push notification tokens that are no longer valid (for example after the game is uninstalled) are marked inactive and are no longer used. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable legal requirements.
13. Deleting Your Data
You can ask us to delete the game account and progress data we hold for you at any time. Email us at the address in the Contact Information section with the subject "Data deletion request", and include the name of the game and, if possible, your in-game player name or Google Play Games display name so we can find your records.
When we process a request, we permanently delete your player profile and progress and every device registration linked to it, including push notification tokens. We aim to complete requests within 30 days. Uninstalling a game removes data stored on your device, but does not delete data stored in our cloud database; please contact us for that.
Information held by Google (for example your Google Play Games profile or advertising data) is managed by Google and can be reviewed or deleted in your Google Account.
14. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access to our cloud database is restricted by authentication and security rules.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed toward children under the age of 13 unless explicitly stated otherwise within a specific product or service.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove such information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
